KlickGo – Returns & Refund Policy
At KlickGo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no extra cost.

Once approved:
- We will provide return instructions
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times vary)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless faulty item)
